Comprehensive design services are available to those who wish to transform existing spaces. Elements to this approach include initial meetings, design development, product/finish presentations, drawings and/or drafted plans, order placing of FFE, overseeing of construction, overseeing of installation; as necessary to the project.
Apart from comprehensive design services, select services are available for:
- Window treatments
- Custom furniture
- Craftsman quality millwork
- Special flooring and wall coverings
- Lighting
- Fine kitchen and bath fixtures
If you are a business owner, working with your creative vision to design a dynamic retail, service, or food/beverage environment conceptual to your business philosophy, timeframe, and budget.
Depending on the scope of the project, fees are structured as hourly consultation, incorporated into the project cost, markup of product (never above retail), or a combination of the above.
